alisa bieniek graduated at the amsterdam fashion institute with a degree in design & styling. in 2005 she moved to london for an internship with sophia kokosalaki and alexander mcqueen.

the work placements inspired her to aim higher as a designer and so she decided to study ma digital fashion at the london college of fashion. alisa wanted to explore new and creative approaches to fashion design. by creating new structures with use of laser cutting and digital print she tried to give more depth and a new dimension to the silhouette.
her work focuses on movement, layering, transparency and 3-dimensionality.
